CONSTANT GARDENER (John Le Carre novel)

Justin Quayle (Ralph Fiennes) is a quiet, reserved British diplomat stationed in Kenya who prefers spending his free time tending to his garden. His wife, Tessa (Rachel Weisz), on the other hand, is known for speaking her mind.

The idealistic Tessa Quayle is found murdered in the Kenyan wilderness. Evidence points to a crime of passion, and the British High Commission assumes that their colleague, Justin Quayle, will leave the investigation of his wife's murder to them.

But they couldn't be more wrong! Quayle surprises everyone by embarking on a personal odyssey in which his access to diplomatic secrets puts his life in danger. And nothing can stop him in his quest to uncover the truth: a conspiracy far more extensive and deadly than even Quayle had ever imagined.
