After a 9-year hiatus, the Toy Story series is back with Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the other living toys! The film follows the time after Andy (Anders), where the toys now live with their new owner Bonnie. Woody finds himself increasingly ending up in the closet while Bonnie plays with the other things. When the family goes on a road trip, all the toys have to go with them, including Bonnie's brand new homemade toy, Forky, who is having a hard time finding his new place in the world. Woody undertakes to look after Forky in the hope that he can find his way back to Bonnie's heart. But when the two are separated from the rest of the family, great challenges await, where they face both new friends and enemies, and not least Woody's old flame, Bo Peep.
