How points work on Coolshop
Because we want to spoil our good customers, we award points on every shipment.
The points can be used with purchases at Coolshop
Step 1 - Earn points
When shopping, points are automatically awarded to your Coolshop account after 22 days.
Check your account page to see your current points. The points are exclusive to your account, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Please note: You do not earn points when buying gift cards.
Step 2 - Using points
To use your points, click on "Use points" on the checkout page.
This way, the price of your order will be adjusted according to the number of points. The potential savings will be shown as a percentage above.
If you cancel an order or refund a product, where points have been used, these points will be lost. We therefore advice that you always use points on products that are currently in stock. Please note that we reserve the right to change the value, expiration time and redemption agreement for points at any time. It is not possible to spend your points after an order has already been made. The expiration time for points are 6 months from the day you receive them.
