Pesto With Brasil & Parmesan
Nicolas Vahé has made a lot of different pesto but if you are into green pesto this one will become your favorite. The pesto is perfect for pasta dishes and as a marinade for tomato & mozzarella salads. Serve some delicious pesto dishes for your guests.

29% extra virgin olive oil, 29% sunflower oil, 20% concentrated basil, 13% pine nuts, 3% parmesan cheese seasoned (milk, salt, rennet), 3% salt, 2% whey, 0.5% garlic, 0.4% wine vinegar, 0.1% fructose (acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic). For 100 g of pesto 59 g of fresh basil is used.
