Maldon sea salt has a pure flavour – fresh and without bitterness, and the sea salt crystals have a delightful, crunchy and flaky texture. Liquorice Core Our famous sweet liquorice dressed in rich dark chocolate with small flakes of sea salt.
66 % dark and milk chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), rice flour, invert sugar, sugar, treacle, glucose syrup, 2.1 % raw liquorice, 0.8 % sea salt, rapeseed oil, salt, glazing agent: shellac, anise oil. Minimum 55 % cocoa solids. Protect form heat and moisture.

His mother had raised him to create something, not just something to make a living from, but something created from the heart. here was no doubt in Johan's mind. He loved liquorice and was convinced that a whole new world of pleasure lay hidden inside the crude and fibrous liquorice root. Liquorice could not only be used in sweets, but also in savoury dishes, baked goods, beer – actually this fine spice flourishes in many forms of food and drink. Johan dreamt of elevating liquorice to the level of a gourmet experience.
